```Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing your order. Because coffee is a food product, returns and refunds are limited as described below.
```Food Product Policy
```Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
```Returns and Exchanges
```We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, incorrect item selection, incorrect grind selection, or ordering by mistake.
Once an order has been shipped, we are generally unable to cancel, change, return, or exchange the order.
```Order Cancellation
```If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to cancel or change your order only if it has not yet been prepared or shipped. We cannot guarantee that cancellation or changes will be possible.
```Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
```If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the package, shipping label, damaged items, and any relevant packaging materials.
After reviewing the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
```Incorrect Address, Refused Delivery, and Unclaimed Packages
```Please make sure that your shipping address, name, phone number, postal code, and email address are correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return shipping, or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes, or failure to receive or collect the package, we may not be able to issue a refund.
Because coffee is a food product, returned items may not be eligible for resale or refund, even if the package is returned to us.
If we determine that a refund is possible, the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, handling fees, payment processing fees, and any other costs incurred due to the return may be deducted from the refund amount.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
```Customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country or region are the responsibility of the customer.
These fees are not refundable by Albert Coffee Roasters. Please contact your local customs office or shipping carrier for questions about customs charges.
```Refund Method
```If a refund is approved, it will usually be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider or card issuer.
```Shipping Fees
```Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect item being shipped.
