```We currently ship roasted coffee beans from Japan to selected countries and regions. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.
```Available Destinations
```Canada, Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
```International Shipping
```At this time, international shipping is available for roasted coffee beans only.
Coffee equipment, liquids, cosmetics, and other items cannot be included in international orders.
```Shipping Time
```Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Japanese national holidays and our store holidays.

Please note that delivery may take longer than usual due to customs clearance, local delivery conditions, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
```Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Fees
```Customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country or region are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We are unable to estimate or guarantee the amount of customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may be charged upon delivery.
```Customs Clearance
```International shipments may be inspected by customs in the destination country or region.
If additional information is required for customs clearance, the customer may be contacted by the shipping carrier or local customs office.
Delays caused by customs procedures are outside of our control.
```Shipping Restrictions
```We may be unable to ship certain products or orders depending on the import regulations of the destination country or region.
If we determine that we are unable to ship your order due to shipping restrictions or local regulations, we may cancel and refund the order before shipment.
```Incorrect Address, Refused Delivery, and Unclaimed Packages
```Please make sure that your shipping address, name, phone number, postal code, and email address are correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return shipping, or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes, or failure to receive or collect the package, we may not be able to issue a refund.
Because coffee is a food product, returned items may not be eligible for resale or refund, even if the package is returned to us.
If we determine that a refund is possible, the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, handling fees, payment processing fees, and any other costs incurred due to the return may be deducted from the refund amount.
Lost or Damaged Packages
```If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
For damaged packages, please keep the outer box, packaging materials, and product items, and send us photos of the damage.
We will review the situation and assist you as much as possible according to the shipping carrier’s investigation and policy.
