About this coffee

This Ethiopian coffee comes from Yirgacheffe, one of the most renowned coffee-producing regions in Ethiopia.

It has a bright lemon-like aroma, a clean acidity, and a light floral impression. While it feels delicate and tea-like, it still carries a beautiful coffee body.

Among our coffees, this is one of the lighter roasts, though we describe it as a medium roast.
Brewing suggestion

Recommended for pour-over, drip coffee makers, French press, and AeroPress.

To enjoy its clean acidity and floral aroma, we recommend brewing with a medium grind and slightly lower water temperature. Adjust the grind size to bring out clarity without making the cup too sharp.
